Sutter's Fine Family FareCome to the crossroads for Navajo tacos or Indian fry bread. |
Native Americans of the Southwest are represented by many celebrated craftspeople of the region. Guests have the opportunity to purchase hand-made crafts and to closely inspect a variety of exquisite Native American handwork.
Bottle House-Indian TraderThe Bottle House is one of our most unique buildings in Indian Trails. Literally named for the building materials used in its construction, the Bottle House was fashioned using 3082 whisky bottles. Bottles were used in the early days when other building materials were hard to come by. Why are the openings to all of the bottles facing inward? Because there would be too much noise when the wind blew if they faced the other way. The Indian Trader celebrates our Native American heritage with arts, crafts and other educational merchandise. |
In addition to shows and entertainment, the Indian Trails area showcases a variety of structures to demonstrate the architectural traditions of distinct regions of Native American civilization: the Pacific Northwest, Great Plains, Southwest and West.
Native Dance and MusicGuests exploring Indian Trails can enjoy daily demonstrations of spectacular and dramatic performances by authentically costumed Native American and Aztec dancers, singers and musicians performed in the round on the Indian Trails stage. Check our Entertainment Schedule for performance dates. |
